We are very excited about the newest offering here. One customer really wanted me to build a bass amp, and to see what I could come up with. I didnt just want a clone of anything that was out there, and never having built any bass amps, I didnt have any real mental blocks about what should happen. the preamp is a 6sl7, and a 12ax7, to get a good blend of tones. 4 KT88 power tubes, and a HUGE output transformer, along with a massive power supply for no sag, no flub. Just nice, tight roaring bass. If you need clean power, up to about 6 or so, its just sweet clean. If you need distortion, crank it just a bit more, and it will break up ver nicely. Switchable 1st stage load resistor gives you a nice clean/dirty choice. Interactive tone controls give you a very wide range of tones, from slap funk clear highs, to a killer, roaring thump. Need mids? No problem, the mids are thick and punchy. 2 inputs to accomodate most any instrument.
All bass amps will look a bit different from the guitar amps. All bass amps will have black front and rear facepanels, with Chrome knobs, silver logo, and chrome handles. The cabs are available with any color choice, using the new stripe design.

SOUNDCLIPS
One of my customers had just a few minutes in a studio to cut some raally quick clips of the amp. These are pretty short, but will give you an idea of what it sounds like clean, and with just a little breakup.
The CB200 Bass amp is shortly going to be discontinued from the lineup, both as an effort to streamline my products, and to make room for a couple of new amps I am VERY excited about. Stay tuned.
